Accounts & Admin Specialist (Jewellery Retail)

Private Advertiser is seeking an Accounts & Admin Executive to join our jeweller retail team in Singapore. The role combines accounting and administrative duties in a small business setting where you can own processes end-to-end.

You'll handle AR/AP, invoicing, bank reconciliations, payroll, and regulatory filings, while maintaining records and coordinating with external accountants and tax agents. The ideal candidate has 2+ years' experience, familiarity with Xero/QuickBooks/AutoCount, and
