Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and the entire process from order receipt to project completion.
• Act as the link between the sales team, development team, and the customer.
• Serve as the expert for placements and installations of our mobile camera systems (UFO).
• Ensure arrangements are made as discussed with the sales manager, understand the customer’s needs, and proactively advise on suitable products.
• Check project sites and maintain close contact with customers to understand service needs.
