Accounting Supervisor (SM Fashion)

The Accounting Supervisor shall be responsible in managing and optimizing our accounts payable operations within the finance and marketing team. This role will encompass a range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of our financial transactions.

The job includes:

1. Transaction Validation and Posting: Oversee the daily validation and posting of accounts payable transactions to ensure all payments are legitimate, accurate, and processed in a timely manner.
2. Invoice Entry Review: Examine accounting entries related to processed invoices to verify their correctness and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
3. Budget Monitoring: Regularly review budget reports to identify any variances or potential issues, and provide recommendations for adjustments or corrective actions as needed.
