Job Summary

The Accounting Supervisor leads the day-to-day work of the accounting team, making sure reports, reconciliations, and journal entries are accurate, timely, and audit-ready. You'll coach and develop a team of Accounting Specialists, keep month-end close on track, and be the point person when accounting issues need to be caught and resolved before they become business problems.

This role works closely with HR, Operations, Warehouse, and E-commerce, and reports to CEO/CFO and HR Director.
