Accounting Supervisor

**Overview**

**Scope of Responsibilities:** Oversight responsibility for the accounting department of the business unit. Responsible for training, development and conducting performance reviews of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies

**Job Summary** : Responsible for the supervision and coordination of all accounting activities for ProAct. Involves development, preparation, analysis, interpretation and maintenance of corporate accounting records, and financial reports.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
+ Manage the biweekly invoicing process through the distribution of invoices
+ Partner with the Corporate Accounts Payable team to ensure timely processing of uploads and payment requests
