Job description
- Update delinquency monitoring files.
- Prepare notices for delivery.
- Request for payment needed for the distribution of notices via LBC, post mail and the like.
- Call, text and/or email account/s delinquencies.
- File and organize notices and documents involved in follow-up activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a bachelor's degree in related to Business Administration or Marketing Management.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience related to follow-up position
- Driving Skills is an advantage.
- Must be persuasive, tactful and professional in managing customers disputes relating to overdue payments
