Responsibilities
- Record Financial Transactions: Accurately record daily financial transactions, such as invoices, receipts, payments, and general journal entries, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare Financial Reports: Assist in the preparation of financial statements (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements), ensuring they are in compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections, as well as reconciliation of accounts.
- Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (e.g., VAT, income tax, withholding tax) in compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations and other local tax laws.
