Job Description

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
• Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
• Process Voucher Payables, Government Remittances, Input Data Entry of Sales Invoice & Cash Receipts.
• Manage and process monthly and quarterly BIR Reports thru EFPS and other BIR transactions.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
