Accounting Specialist

Description We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to support a broad range of day-to-day accounting activities for a property-focused organization in Santa Barbara, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can manage financial transactions accurately, investigate variances, and keep payables, deposits, and reconciliations moving efficiently. The role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to coordinate with operational teams while maintaining organized financial records.

• Generate daily cash documentation and examine banking activity to confirm incoming funds, resolve mismatches, and gather supporting processor reporting.
