Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial records.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Track and record fixed asset additions and disposals.
- Support payroll processing and expense reporting.
- Generate financial reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations.
- Handle ad-hoc financial and accounting assignments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
