Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Description We are looking for an experienced finance operations leader to oversee the performance, quality, and control environment of an outsourced shared services function supporting key accounting activities in Louisville, KY. This role focuses on vendor governance, service delivery oversight, and process optimization rather than direct high-volume transaction processing. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of accounting operations, internal controls, and month-end support while partnering across finance and business teams to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
