MMQCI is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance in a growing organization.

Reporting to and partnering closely with the CFO, this role manages the monthly and annual close process, maintains GAAP-compliant financial statements, and supports compliance with accounting standards including ASC 730.

Responsibilities also include accounts payable and receivable, payroll coordination, fixed asset tracking, internal controls, system improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and preferably a CPA license and biotech or life sciences experience.
