Descripción Lead the accounting team, fostering an efficient and results‑oriented work environment. Manage the full RTR process, ensuring that all financial close activities are completed accurately and on time. Supervise the recording of transactions, account reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and bank activities to maintain reliable financial information. Prepare financial reports and analyses that support internal monitoring and decision‑making. Ensure compliance with applicable tax obligations and requirements established by the SAT. Provide support during audits by delivering necessary information and documentation. Serve as backup for additional accounting activities when operational continuity is required.
