Job Description
- Manage and oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), cash flow, and bank account transactions.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and financial reports.
- Monitor and control financial transactions in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze costing reports to support management decisions.
- Handle BOI (Board of Investment) reporting and ensure compliance with BOI regulations.
- Support manufacturing cost analysis and cost control activities.
- Manage and review all tax-related matters, including VAT (PP.30), Withholding Tax (PND.53), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Annual tax filings (PND.50), and Mid-year tax filings (PND.51).
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tax reports to the Revenue Department.
- Oversee fixed asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, and asset reconciliation.
