Job Description
- To manage accounting and finance operations, financial reporting, cost accounting, and BOI-related activities.
- To develop and control cost accounting processes, including production cost analysis and cost improvement initiatives.
- To manage cash flow planning, budgeting, and financial analysis to support business decisions
- To oversee BOI privilege management, documentation, reporting, and compliance with BOI requirements.
- To ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- To review and approve financial statements, account reconciliations, and closing entries in compliance.
- To lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team to improve operational efficiency and work performance.
