Accounting Manager

Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee core accounting activities and deliver accurate, timely financial reporting for our Houston, Texas team. This role will lead day-to-day accounting operations, strengthen financial controls, and provide insight into project costs and performance. The ideal candidate brings strong general ledger expertise, a hands-on approach to month-end close, and the ability to improve processes across a growing finance function.


Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.

• Oversee month-end close activities by reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger activity while resolving issues that could affect reporting integrity.
