System One is assisting a Tulsa location of a foreign-owned company with a search for an Accounting Manager. It is a dynamic and diverse company with good benefits.
Responsibilities:
+ Handle the day-to-day accounting functions for a growing 40-person organization
+ Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and support IFRS reporting requirements, coordinating with corporate as appropriate.
+ Perform profitability analysis to support strategic business decisions
+ Monitor and analyze cash flow to optimize financial performance and liquidity
+ Prepare account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
+ Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
+ Will be involved with ERP system implementation/upgrade as corporate rolls out new system
