This leadership role is responsible for directing the daily operations, strategic goals, and action plans of the accounting department. Working in close alignment with the Director of Finance & Accounting, the successful candidate will oversee financial execution, implement strong internal controls, and cultivate a high‑performing team to support the company’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Accounting Oversight:
Supervise all daily accounting functions, including the general ledger, month‑end and year‑end closing cycles, and the preparation of accurate financial statements. Financial Controls:
Review and authorize bank reconciliations, subledgers (AP/AR/Cash Book), daily expenditures, and variance analyses. Corporate Reporting & Planning:
