**Job Overview**

Participants will successfully complete a structured 18–24 month rotational curriculum, including but not limited to exposure in:

+ **General Accounting:** Journal entries, account reconciliations, month-end close processes, and financial statement preparation.
+ **Cost Accounting & Operations Finance:** Inventory accounting, manufacturing cost analysis, standard costing, and operational performance reporting.
+ **Financial Reporting:** Internal and external reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support.
