ABOUT YOU:
This position entails utilizing the Accounts Receivable (A/R) computer system to update transactions and respond to incoming inquiries from customers concerning their accounts. The role requires the referral of any issues to collections professionals. The incumbent is accountable for providing precise and timely assistance regarding account balance information for high schools, colleges, universities, and similar institutions.
YOU WILL:
+ Support. Assist with collection letters and with other collection activities as well as send invoices, statements, and correspondence to customers.
+ Update. Adjusting and maintaining account balance information, including refunds, CAAAs, file maintenance, back ledgering, and initiating adjustments within guidelines.
