Accounting Associate

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, and other related courses.
• Fresh graduates with exemplary records are ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
• 1-2 years of working experience as an accounting staff/associate is a plus.

Job Description

• Interpret, analyze, and verify transactions for expenses, inventory, or fixed assets.
• Ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented and categorized.
• Record weekly and/or monthly customer deductions and credit notes.
• Perform adjusting journal entries, if needed, and be approved by each department head.
• Keep track of accounts receivable and payable.
• Monitor advances to the supplier and employee cash advances, and ensure proper closure of each request.
• Ensure compliance with the month-end closing.
