Accounting Assistant

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing accounting and administrative duties. You will support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our accounting database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your accounting knowledge and experience.

Responsibilitie

• sAssist with the completion of Monthly & EOY financials
• .Reconcile control and other accounts as assigne
• dPrepare and enter journal entries and adjustments into the accounting syste
• mIntercompany transactions and monthly reconciliation
• sFX transaction treatment using several different currencie
• sLiaison with external professionals – external accountan
• tMultiple credit card and expense receipt management for all staff including monthly reconciliation and follow up of outstanding balance
