Accounting and Reporting Specialist

Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Prepare information to include in statutory reports, including VAT, tax, and other regulatory filings. Develop and maintain financial reporting templates, dashboards, and analytical tools to enhance reporting efficiency and insight. Contribute towards continuous improvement initiatives in financial systems, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with business units to analyse financial results, trends, and variances, providing actionable recommendations. Assess risks and provide commentary on financial performance and deviations from budgets or forecasts. Support audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with internal and external auditors requirements.
