Vacancy Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting and finance operations for a project-based business. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, cash flow management, audit coordination, and leading the finance team to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly management accounts, annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Handle tax-related matters including corporate tax, SST submissions, and liaise with relevant authorities.
Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and other external stakeholders.
