Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in line with IFRS
- Manage fixed assets, debtors, and creditors
- Perform payment and balance sheet reconciliations
- Oversee stock control and stock reconciliations
- Maintain and manage the general ledger
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly journals
- Monitor branch expenses and financial efficiency
- Oversee branch risk management processes
- Review vehicle stock counts
- Monitor parts and workshop cash sales
- Support junior finance staff
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
