Responsibilities
/ Accountabilities:
Responsible for financial monthly close and local financial reporting which includes, but not limited to, calculating and recording of journal entries, performing account analysis and completing balance sheet account reconciliations in accordance to US GAAP and local GAAPAssist in direct, indirect and withholding tax returns and filing, calculation of quarterly tax and deferred tax provisionManaging fixed assets accounting and reportingAssist in some costing relating accounting and treasury activitiesLiaise with internal and external auditors, banks and other professional and regulatory bodies.Participate in testing and update such findings to the management.Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls, financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.Regularly track and resolve outstanding issues identified and escalate...
