Key Responsibilities
- Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Manage bank reconciliations and cash flow
- Process payroll and CPF submissions
- Ensure compliance with IRAS and ACRA regulations
- Assist in GST filing and tax matters
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties
- Maintain proper documentation and filing system
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (Singapore experience preferred)
- Knowledge of GST, CPF, and local compliance
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
