Accountant, Record to Report

Role Summary

The Accountant will be responsible for supporting the Record-to-Report (R2R) process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records, managing month‑end and year‑end close activities, preparing journal entries, and performing account reconciliations. The role collaborates closely with other finance teams to deliver finance operations in a global shared‑services environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.


• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded in compliance with IFRS, SFRS, and company policies.


• Work closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, and Treasury to ensure smooth flow of financial data and resolve discrepancies.
