Accountant OtC (Accounts Receivable) (m/f)

Job Description

As a part of our OtC department, your main responsibilities will be:

Performing the end-to-end OtC processes that may include accounting documents processing, bank statement booking, cash allocation, dunning;
AR accounting processes for legal entities being under responsibility;

Consolidation and confirmation of balances and transactions in group companies;

Monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities including completion of sub-ledger postings, reconciliations, aging analysis, sub-ledger cut-off;

Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures;

Creating and updating process documentation;

Preparation of documentation for audit purposes;

Participation in projects improvement existing processes;

Active cooperation with other departments, company units and trading partners;
