Vacancy Description
- Perform HQ reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and assist in the preparation of financial statementsand management reports.
- Maintain, prepare and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts with sub-ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Analyze profit and loss variances by channel (Retail, E-commerce), including gross profit and SGA (monthly).
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including balance sheet reconciliations.
- Monitor accounting data to identify unusual transactions, trends, or variances and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Perform fixed asset reviews quarterly and manage fixed asset reporting.
