Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our finance operations, including billing, vendor payments, and compliance. This role will ensure accurate financial records, timely payments, and adherence to all regulatory requirements, while maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices in line with contracts.
• Manage payment follow-ups and account reconciliations.
• Handle vendor payments and maintain payable records.
• Ensure compliance with taxation and other regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records of receivables, payables, and contract-related data.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align financial records with service delivery.
• Assist in audit preparations and liaise with auditors when required.
