Accountant

The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
Petty cash / Funds management according to the approvals Record keeping of receipts / Payments and day to day transactions. Maintain & submit the expense statements separately for each approved tasks / project in routine, as well as at the completion of the task / project. Witnessing withdrawals from banks along with the authorized signatory. Expenses to be incurred as per the approval from the authority. Manage / Generate daily status report and month-end closing / Reconciliation with bank and Head office. Ensure all invoices received are duly signed by the receiving officer and field in charge.
