Job Role / Responsibilities

Reporting to the Assistant Manager Finance, you will be responsible for responding to and resolving payment‑related queries from vendors and internal users, ensuring timely payments to staff and vendors, maintaining effective communication and follow‑ups, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and applicable laws, and participating in monthly and yearly closing activities.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

• Respond to payment related queries from vendors and internal users in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
• Communicate effectively through email, phone and internal systems to address inquiries and provide clear information.
• Resolve payment discrepancies by coordinating with the relevant departments.
