Role overview

• The Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting for an owner-operated import/export trading business, supporting finance, operations and logistics.
• Work closely with the owner and operations team in a hands‑on, small‑team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping: record sales, purchases, receipts, payments; maintain ledgers and journals; reconcile bank statements.
• Prepare monthly/periodic reports: trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheet drafts, cash flow summaries and variance explanations.
• Accounts payable & receivable management: verify invoices, schedule payments, maintain aging schedules and follow up on collections.
