Accountant cum Finance System Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Odoo
• Review and improve finance and accounting processes
• Identify opportunities for automation and greater efficiency
• Support the accounting function and ensure best practices
• Work with management to optimize financial operations
• Support future Odoo implementations across the group

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of accounting experience
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo Accounting
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting
• Experience improving accounting processes
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
