Seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support full-cycle accounting operations, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and administrative processes. This role partners closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial activity.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Perform full-cycle accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and month-end/year-end close
+ Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and payment processing
+ Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash activity
+ Process payroll entries and support related reporting
+ Prepare and file state sales tax reports and payments
