Accountant - 6 Month Contract

Atomic Cartoons, a Blue Ant Studios Company, is looking for an Accountant. This position is a 6‑month contract with a possibility of extending to a full‑time, permanent position.

All employees in this role are required to work one (1) day a week at our Vancouver offices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Process accounts payable.
• Prepare Workers Compensation and BC EHT remittances.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare GST/HST remittances.
• Prepare inter‑company billback invoices.
• Assist with month‑end working papers.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Post‑secondary certificate, degree, training and/or experience in an accounting role.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficiency with Excel is required.
• Ability to operate with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
