Account Representative - Corrugated Packaging - Barrie Region

As an Account Representative — Corrugated Packaging, you will manage and grow an established territory of B2B accounts in the Barrie region and surrounding markets, selling corrugated packaging, colour pre‑print packaging, point‑of‑purchase displays, and supply and inventory management services to manufacturers, distributors, and retailers across Ontario. You will be selling primarily to procurement and operations decision‑makers at companies that ship or display product in corrugated containers.

In Year 1, this role is 80% account management and 20% new business development — your primary mandate is to stabilize and deepen the existing account base through a structured handoff from the departing representative. New business development is welcomed and encouraged from Day 1. This is a field‑based outside sales role — you will be in the territory daily. The Year 1 base salary is $73,100 – $91,400 CAD, with no commission in the first 12 months.
