Account Recruiting Manager

We are hiring a Recruiting Account Manager to own the full recruiting cycle, manage client relationships, and help grow the business, working remotely.

We are a boutique recruiting and staffing firm serving Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and high-growth organizations, alongside a sister company that provides remote talent across all skill levels. In this role you will work across a range of roles, industries, and clients. This is a client-facing, hands-on seat with real ownership, not a behind-the-scenes sourcing position. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us for the long term.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage full life cycle recruiting from intake through offer and placement: sourcing, screening, submitting, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates
