• Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment collection.
• Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and statements of account.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and maintain healthy collection performance.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and investigate discrepancies.
• Record incoming payments accurately into the accounting system.
