The successful candidate will join the Operations Team and will be responsible for accurately managing account opening and transfer documentation. With a focus on quality assurance and meticulous attention to detail, the role demands effective multitasking under pressure and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor MAKO & DocuSign for processing updates
• Review and action MAKO STP Errors as needed
• Edit and upload documentation to NBIN for processing
• Respond to incoming service inquiries promptly
• Assist with filing client account documentation
Requirements:
• Experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Pursuing a degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
