Vacancy Description
Onsite staff deployment to ensure all personnel are well-groomed, adequately trained, and possess valid SIRA licenses.
Maintain consistent delivery of client Service Level Agreements and resolve operational anomalies discovered during site inspections.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients to strengthen relationships, address requests promptly, and ensure high retention rates.
Coordinate with Business Development, Finance, and HR departments to facilitate operational requirements for new and existing contracts.
Supervise the accuracy and timely submission of attendance records, job charts, and billing backup data to the Finance department.
Monitor contract tenure and collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage the timely sign-off of contract renewals.
