Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to report to the Business Development Lead-Commercial and support strategic accounts by contributing to account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating service delivery to ensure a consistent, market-leading customer experience.
Account Manager Requirements
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of small to medium-sized client accounts, ensuring strong relationships, high levels of customer satisfaction, and the delivery of commercial value. The role focuses on maximising revenue within existing accounts by identifying opportunities to expand services, increase adoption, and deliver additional value aligned to client needs.
This position requires a full UK driving license and the capability to act as an ambassador for Biogen, upholding our brand and environmental values.
