We are looking for an experienced professional to manage transfer agency functions for a portfolio of funds. The role focuses on AML/KYC processing, investor onboarding, fund documentation, reconciliation, and reporting while coordinating with internal teams and external custodians.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for fund investors, fund managers, and internal teams regarding fund documentation, investor registries, and AML/KYC processing.
• Apply knowledge of AML/KYC laws and guidelines set by MENA regulators, CIMA, and Apex AML Policies.
• Oversee all Transfer Agency functions, including AML/KYC, investor onboarding, share registry dealings, payments, and FATCA/CRS filings.
