Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in POS technology and industry trends.
- Educate clients on new features, updates, and enhancements to our POS systems.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and through referrals.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
- Proactively addresses customer issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Forecasts and plans for future growth of the existing accounts.
- Provide regular reports on account performance and sales pipeline.
