As an Account Manager at Upila, you will own the success of a portfolio of client accounts and lead the day-to-day performance of one of our delivery pods. You are the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for your clients, and the person who keeps your pod aligned, motivated, and delivering work that clients want to renew and grow.

This is not a execution role. Executions are managed by our Marketing, Analytics and Content Specialists. Your responsibility is to understand the strategy behind every recommendation, align internal teams with client objectives, and communicate performance, insights, and business recommendations with clarity and confidence.
