Manage and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, increasing revenue and profitabilityOwn and develop the regional territory, including identifying and converting new business opportunitiesDrive solution-based sales across products, services, and rental offeringsBuild strong, multi-level customer relationships to support long-term partnershipsCollaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, support) to deliver customer solutionsProvide market insight and competitor intelligence to shape regional strategyMaintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management within CRM systemsRepresent Hexagon at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagementsKEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs):Achievement of regional sales and revenue targetsGrowth in key accounts and new customer acquisitionIncreased market share within defined sector segments
