Account Manager - New Zealand

We're hiring an Account Manager to manage and own our New Zealand client base. You'll be the named, on-the-ground owner for our NZ multi-site clients — leading client relationships, resolving complex ops end-to-end, and driving retention and growth across a market that demands local presence.

This is an experienced role with full account ownership from day one. You'll run client calls, navigate NZ-specific retailer and regulatory complexity, conduct business reviews, oversee resolution of complex tickets, and develop revenue growth opportunities across the book. You'll work directly with the NZ Country Director with additional support from our ANZ Account Lead.
