Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures achievement of sales target thru acquisition of new accounts and retention of existing portfolio
• Analyzes and endorses proposal to Immediate Superiors based on approved limit on rates from Actuarial
• Analyzes and recommends pricing, benefits packages, etc. to Immediate Superior to ensure closure/renewal of account
• Analyzes, discusses and negotiates with Clients for closing and/or renewal of accounts
• Reviews and escalates to Immediate Superior all pricing and benefits concerns for disposition
• Collates data, analyzes, and prepares Client proposals based on pricing from Actuarial and Sales, updates presentation materials and correspondences and endorses them to Immediate Superior all pricing and benefits concerns for disposition.
• Collaborates and schedule meetings, presentations and negotiations with Clients, depending on the size and sensitivity of the account
