Account Manager - Fragrance

THE ROLE

OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE! As our Account Manager, you play a critical role in driving sales performance, developing strong retailer partnerships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring flawless execution across your account. You will act as a business owner, brand ambassador, and fragrance expert, maximizing opportunities to grow market share and achieve commercial objectives.
You will be reporting to the Area Manager, and you will manage: SALES PERFORMANCE & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Achieve monthly sales targets and consistently deliver against KPIs

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly business performance through effective planning and execution

Deliver Coty’s customer service ceremony with every customer interaction
